Refund Policy

General Policies

Due to the nature of the digital content (music, videos, and other downloadable or streaming content) provided on this site, as a general rule we do not accept refunds or exchanges once purchased and in use.

Exceptional refunds

We will only provide refunds or post-purchase support in the following cases:

  1. If the content cannot be played or downloaded properly (if it is determined that the technical problem lies with our site).

  2. If the purchase is clearly in error and the claim is made within 24 hours of purchase (provided there is no history of downloading or playing the content).

  3. If a duplicate purchase occurs (if you accidentally purchase the same content multiple times).

Refund application process

  • If you would like a refund, please contact us via our contact form ([link]) within 7 days of the purchase date.

  • When contacting us, please include the date and time of purchase, your order number, and details of the problem.

  • After reviewing your application, we will inform you by email whether or not we can accommodate your request.


Refund Method

  • If your refund is approved, we will process it according to your payment method.

  • If you paid by credit card, it may take several days to a week for the refund to be processed.

  • Refunds will be made via the same method as the original payment (e.g. if you paid by credit card, the refund will be made via your card company).

Disclaimer

  • As a general rule, playback issues caused by problems with your internet connection or device will not be eligible for refunds.

  • Once a refund has been approved, you will no longer have access to the content in question.
