The Ad-Lib Tasting Club (hereinafter referred to as "the Club") has

established the following privacy policy regarding the handling of personal information in the services it provides.

1. Acquisition of Personal InformationThe Club will acquire personal information, such as name, email address, and telephone number, through appropriate means through course applications, inquiries, surveys, etc.

「アドリブ味見の会」（以下「当会」）は、提供するサービスにおける個人情報の取扱いについて、以下の通りプライバシーポリシーを定めます。

1. 個人情報の取得

当会は、受講の申し込み、お問い合わせ、アンケート等を通じて、氏名、メールアドレス、電話番号等の個人情報を、適正な手段により取得いたします。

2. 個人情報の利用目的

取得した個人情報は、以下の目的の範囲内で利用し、ご本人の同意なく目的外の利用はいたしません。

講座やサービスの提供、および運営のため
お問い合わせ、ご相談への回答、資料の送付
新サービスやイベント、教材等のご案内
サービスの改善、および統計データの作成

3. 個人情報の第三者提供

当会は、法令に基づく場合を除き、取得した個人情報をあらかじめご本人の同意を得ることなく第三者に提供することはありません。

当会は、個人情報の漏えい、滅失、または毀損を防止するため、適切な安全管理措置を講じます。

5. 個人情報の開示・訂正・利用停止

ご本人から個人情報の開示、訂正、利用停止等の請求があった場合は、ご本人であることを確認の上、速やかに対応いたします。

The copyright for all materials provided at the Improvisational Tasting PartyProgram and the content of the website belongs to Okamoto Hirofumi.

Any secondary use such as copying, reprinting, repurposing, modification, or any part of the content of these materials (sheet music, images, text, etc.) without permission is strictly prohibited.

If it is discovered that the above copyrights are being copied, reprinted, repurposed, modified, or the tasting event programs are being used commercially without permission, legal action may be taken.

*However, this does not apply to use by participants for practice purposes, existing business partners, or retailers.
